All minor riders will be required to have this release on file with White Sands Raceway.
It is sometimes common for parents/guardians to not be present at races, so those parents/guardians will need to complete this form and the rider will need to turn it in at the sign in building.
***This does not replace the signature releases on the back of the sign in cards on race day.
